I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were very good with views over the bay towards Vesuvius, spotlessly clean, and had all the essentials for a great holiday. However, the location was below average with not much to do in the run-down area. The service was excellent, with super helpful and smiling staff, but the dining was mostly good yet inconsistent.

The hotel is placed in the center of an authentic picturesque village, but the area itself is rather dated and there wasn't much to do within the vicinity. However, the access to Pompeii and Sorrento was convenient, with the local train station being right beside the hotel.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms facing the busy road are not worth the money, the ones with sea and pool/garden views are quite basic. The staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to make my stay special. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to exploring nearby cities. The dining options, though somewhat limited, still offered a decent selection. The facilities were satisfactory but could use some improvements.
